Detailed Job Description:
Join the Butler Airframe Design Team working on Military aircraft programs developing and supporting release of detail, assembly, and installation designs within the airframe and tooling disciplines.

  • Must have aerospace design experience.
  • Must be proficient with Catia V5 3D modeling utilizing generative shape design, part design, and assembly design workbenches.
  • Must have experience in Catia V5 2D drafting
  • Must have experience in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME 14.5
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good problem solving skills
  • Prefer experience with Catia V5 Model Based Design (MBD) using the Functional Tolerancing and Annotation workbench (FT&A)
  • Prefer experience with 3DX however a significant base experience in Catia V5 may suffice
